We are so happy with ‘our’ grandmothers from the Zonnebloem in Berghem! They knit hundreds of hats for the Bambanani kids every year. And, believe it or not, these children are seriously cold in the South African winter. The handing out of the hats is therefore a festive event. The big smiles of the children and the colorful hats fit perfectly in South Africa.

Last week a new stock was ready. And as a surprise I was allowed to bring some hand-knitted cuddly toys. In this way, every leftover wool is used for a good cause. Do you have any wool left? Let us know at info@bambanani.org. We are happy with it!
